Check\u2011in &amp; Identification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon arrival, please provide your passport or ID for mandatory registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents are returned within 24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83e\udd1d<\/strong><strong> 2. Assistance During Your Stay<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are available for any help or information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you experience an issue, please contact us first.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact the agency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83e\uddf9<\/strong><strong> 3. Cleanliness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean during their stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not enter to clean or remove garbage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bed linen is changed every <strong>7 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Towels, toilet paper, detergents, and beach equipment are <strong>not provided<\/strong>, unless agreed otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udd10<\/strong><strong> 4. Personal Belongings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests are responsible for their valuables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please lock doors and close windows when leaving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not liable for loss or theft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udeaa<\/strong><strong> 5. Access to the Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We do not enter without permission, except in emergencies (fire, water leak, damage).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we suspect rule violations, guests must allow entry for inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udc3e<\/strong><strong> 6. Pets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pets are allowed only with prior approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unannounced pets may result in cancellation of the reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests must clean after their pets and cover any damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If agreed that pets stay outside, they may not enter the accommodation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udeab<\/strong><strong> 7. Prohibited Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weapons, flammable or explosive materials, and items with strong odors are not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional cooking or electrical appliances require approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udecb\ufe0f<\/strong><strong> 8. Furniture &amp; Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please handle all furniture and equipment with care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not move furniture or take it outside or to the beach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of barbecue, garage, or other extra equipment is possible only with prior agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u26a1<\/strong><strong> 9. Safety &amp; Energy Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When leaving the accommodation, please:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>turn off lights and electrical appliances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>close parasols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>turn off gas and water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>close doors and windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>do not leave the air\u2011conditioning running unnecessarily<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not cool food or drinks under running water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispose of waste only in designated bins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udeb7<\/strong><strong> 10. Visitors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only registered guests may stay in or around the accommodation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unregistered visitors are not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation may result in cancellation of the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udcb3<\/strong><strong> 11. Damage &amp; Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or accidentally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A security deposit may be required upon arrival.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The deposit is refunded in full if the accommodation is left undamaged and tidy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udd52<\/strong><strong> 12. Arrival &amp; Departure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If arriving after <strong>20:00<\/strong>, please inform us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check\u2011out: <strong>10:00<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check\u2011in: <strong>14:00<\/strong> (Villa Ba\u0161kovi\u0107) and <strong>16:00<\/strong> (Cottage Ba\u0161kovi\u0107)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early arrival may be possible upon request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please leave the accommodation tidy and in the same condition as upon arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83e\udd2b<\/strong><strong> 13. Quiet Hours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please respect quiet hours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>14:00 \u2013 17:00<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>22:00 \u2013 08:00<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2696\ufe0f<\/strong><strong> 14. Rule Violations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We may terminate the stay of guests who do not follow the house rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In such cases, the full reservation amount will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udcc4<\/strong><strong> 15.
