Thank you for choosing our accommodation.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please read the house rules.
By confirming your reservation, you agree to follow them.


🪪 1. Check‑in & Identification

  • Upon arrival, please provide your passport or ID for mandatory registration.
  • Documents are returned within 24 hours.

🤝 2. Assistance During Your Stay

  • We are available for any help or information.
  • If you experience an issue, please contact us first.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact the agency.

🧹 3. Cleanliness

  • Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean during their stay.
  • We do not enter to clean or remove garbage.
  • Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
  • Towels, toilet paper, detergents, and beach equipment are not provided, unless agreed otherwise.

🔐 4. Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their valuables.
  • Please lock doors and close windows when leaving.
  • We are not liable for loss or theft.

🚪 5. Access to the Accommodation

  • We do not enter without permission, except in emergencies (fire, water leak, damage).
  • In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible.
  • If we suspect rule violations, guests must allow entry for inspection.

🐾 6. Pets

  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
  • Unannounced pets may result in cancellation of the reservation.
  • Guests must clean after their pets and cover any damage.
  • If agreed that pets stay outside, they may not enter the accommodation.

🚫 7. Prohibited Items

  • Weapons, flammable or explosive materials, and items with strong odors are not allowed.
  • Additional cooking or electrical appliances require approval.

🛋️ 8. Furniture & Equipment

  • Please handle all furniture and equipment with care.
  • Do not move furniture or take it outside or to the beach.
  • Use of barbecue, garage, or other extra equipment is possible only with prior agreement.

9. Safety & Energy Use

When leaving the accommodation, please:

  • turn off lights and electrical appliances
  • close parasols
  • turn off gas and water
  • close doors and windows
  • do not leave the air‑conditioning running unnecessarily

Other rules:

  • Do not cool food or drinks under running water.
  • Dispose of waste only in designated bins.

🚷 10. Visitors

  • Only registered guests may stay in or around the accommodation.
  • Unregistered visitors are not allowed.
  • Violation may result in cancellation of the reservation.

💳 11. Damage & Deposit

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or accidentally.
  • A security deposit may be required upon arrival.
  • The deposit is refunded in full if the accommodation is left undamaged and tidy.

🕒 12. Arrival & Departure

  • If arriving after 20:00, please inform us.
  • Check‑out: 10:00
  • Check‑in: 14:00 (Villa Bašković) and 16:00 (Cottage Bašković)
  • Early arrival may be possible upon request.
  • Please leave the accommodation tidy and in the same condition as upon arrival.

🤫 13. Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours:

  • 14:00 – 17:00
  • 22:00 – 08:00

⚖️ 14. Rule Violations

  • We may terminate the stay of guests who do not follow the house rules.
  • In such cases, the full reservation amount will be charged.

📄 15. Complaints & Legal Notes

  • By using the accommodation, guests confirm they understand and accept these rules.
  • Issues that cannot be resolved directly may require intervention by the police or the court of Makarska.
  • Complaints are considered only if reported during the stay.
